Hello!

Fitness has been my passion since childhood, from school sports to group exercise classes. I became a fitness instructor in 2016, and after having four children, qualified as a Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Specialist.

 

Inspired by my own journey, I launched Mum & Baby fitness classes in 2024 to support other mums through movement and community.

 

Following the success of those classes, I expanded my offerings to include HIIT, TRX Fitness, and TRX Pilates—and I’ve loved every moment. It means so much to be able to help others feel confident, capable, and supported through fitness.

 

I truly believe that movement is for everyone—and when we feel strong in our bodies, we feel stronger in every part of life.
